All University officials, faculty members of departments and students are provided with Email ID's. All mail services are accessible over both email clients (e.g. Outlook Express) and a web browser. Email facility is provided to the user by Central Computer Center.

All users are given unlimited  space for emails storage.
Maximum size of outgoing mail can be 30 MB, and the maximum size of incoming mail can be 30 MB.
If the mail box size exceeds the limit, the email access is disabled.
The deleted mail box can be retrieved from Backup on request provided the request is made within a
        fortnight of deletion date.
Central Computer Center is also maintaining lists server to send emails to a group of users.
CCC provides Mail Server, which gives unlimited mail quota.

The other mechanism is to create dynamic user lists by choosing different users from the CENTRALIZED DIRECTORY based on some selection criteria.


Steps for Creating Email ID

E-Mail Registration Form
Fill the online Email Registration Form given above.
Email User ID & Password are emailed at the alternate Email ID provided by the applicant.
