The School offers innovative and interdisciplinary programmes, complemented by experiential learning in real world situation that allow our students to combine classroom learning and their exposure to the industry to understand current trends in their field of interest and expertise. We offer five years Integrated Dual-degree Programmes (B.Tech+M.Tech./MBA) in the following branches:

1. Civil Engineering
2. Mechanical Engineering
3. Electrical Engineering

Duration of Course

Duration of dual degree programme will be minimum 5 years (10 semesters).

Eligibility

A candidate of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) is eligible to apply for the above course. Candidates appearing in the 10 +2 final examination are also eligible to apply subject to the condition that they produce their result of the same before July securing minimum prescribed marks/grade and submit the evidence (final mark-sheet and migration certificate) of the same latest by 30th September, failing which their admission shall stand cancelled.

Number of seats

Total number seats in different specializations under Integrated Dual Degree Programmes is 120 in each branch of Engineering.

Admission Procedure

Admission in the above programme is based on the rank secured by the candidate in a written entrance examination “Graduate Proficiency Test for Undergraduates (GPTU)” conducted by the University across the country. On the basis of rank secured by a candidate in GPTU and his/her choice of streams, admission shall be given in the Dual Degree Programme in any discipline out of Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
