The Central Computer Centre(CCC) caters to the computational need of the Gautam Buddha University(GBU). CCC manages the extensive academic computing & networking facilities of the Gautam Buddha University, providing the University community with state-of–art computing facilities to cater to their computational needs and access to Internet resources as well as telecommunication needs. The Campus network is carefully planned, keeping options in mind for future expansions. Fiber-optic cabling is used to connect all the major buildings. The campus has also been made Wi-Fi. CCC has strong IT security infrastructure that protects the GBU network from outside hackers. Most of the server are using Open Source platform.  

The Central Computer Centre covers the entire area spread over 511 acres of vast Campus through Fiber and Wi-Fi. CCC is planning to make GBU a pioneer institution in the use of open source platform for computing and desktop applications. Besides this, there is a plan to equip the University campus with hi-tech surveillance cameras to keep an eye on each and every activity in its vast campus. 

Central Computer Centre(CCC) administers, manages the Campus Computer Network. The Campus Network connects to Departments, Schools and Centres. Network Connectivity is also provided to the remote locations which include Student Hostels, Institute Hospital, Main Gate, Guest House, etc. In addition to the above, Computer Centre started Web-based Email System. This service enables all the users to access their mailbox from anywhere (inside or outside GBU).
