M. Tech. (ICT) programme has been specially designed to meet the increasing need for professionals who would be able to respond to the convergence of computers and communication. It is meant for students who wish to build a professional career towards research and development, working at the cutting edge of technology in the area of Information and Communication Technology. This M. Tech. (ICT) Programme is offered with four specializations which are Intelligent System, Software Engineering, VLSI Design, Wireless Communication and Networks.

The curriculum includes core courses, specialization courses, and elective courses. The students are required to pursue one full semester in dissertation work. The program uses a distinctive and challenging curriculum that emphasizes multidisciplinary knowledge and integrates theory throughout applications and design concepts. This entire programme has been designed on learning outcomes and student will be using latest web 2.0 technologies.
